Zoë Irons is a ceramic artist living and working in London. Born on Lantau Island in Hong Kong and raised on the Isle of Wight, her work is shaped by a deep connection to island life and the sea. Drawing on eroded rock formations, coral structures, and organic coastal debris, she creates peaceful, sometimes creature-like forms that echo nature without directly replicating it.

She works intuitively with clay, allowing the material to guide the outcome, creating sculptures that feel both familiar and slightly otherworldly. Often described as holding a quiet sense of personality, her pieces appear as fragments, forms that carry a subtle, living energy. Through them, she explores ideas of belonging, stillness, and the construction of imagined worlds that exist just beyond the everyday.
