This artwork is from the series ‘Untitled Coordinates’, a collection of film photography by Rune Sonnoville, an Ibiza-based analogue photographer, who’s photographs reinterpret Ibiza beyond the party-island stereotype, instead capturing its stillness, raw landscape, traditional fincas and chiringuitos, spiritual undertone, and above all, its magical light. Her closest friends often appear as muses, giving the work an intimacy and authenticity that feels effortless and personal.
Working exclusively with analogue film, she embraces slowness and process, resulting in timeless, atmospheric images.
